2NDLIFEKNIFE is all about giving a knife a personal touch and making it something truly special and unique.

During the forging process, I am able to incorporate personal metallic layers. These could be parts of an engine, timing chain, gearbox, bearings, etc.

Also wall anchors, nails, shrapnel, railing parts… in short: almost any ferrous metal can be incorporated, limited only by the imagination.

This results in unique pieces with their own personal history!

I never use the materials provided as a cutting layer, but rather incorporate them into a multi-layer Damascus composite. This guarantees consistent cutting edge quality, regardless of the “mystery” steel provided.

The price can only be calculated after extensive consultation with the customer, as these orders are as individual as their future owners.
